The Coupon Project is offering a
free downloadable 2011 Savings Tracker. I used this spreadsheet last year to track my spending and savings and loved it! It does take some time each week to enter your receipts but it was well worth it for me. I enjoyed being able to see how much I was saving by using coupons. It also helped me keep my spending on track and not to get carried away.
