    That is weird that there are 2 cities in the entire country that can't request this sample?!?!?! Do you know why? It's a shame too because this is a good freebie. I was able to get one.

    I have no idea why they select certain areas not to get freebies. I've noticed they've done this before in the past but it never effected me until now. I shall survive....:)
